Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

These are some general questions that can be answered to help with the transition from our home to yours.  If you do not see your question here or want more clarification on an answer please email or call prior to paying for a puppy.

1.  How do I pay for a puppy?  A deposit is accepted of $100.  Deposits can be through a postal money order or www.Paypal.com.  Deposit's are nonrefundable.  Paypal accepts checks and credit cards.  The remaining balance may be paid the same way or with cash when picking up the puppy.  If your puppy is being delivered the puppy must be paid for prior to the delivery date.  Please do NOT send cash in the mail.  Sorry , we do not accept personal checks.  Receipts  of deposit can be emailed or post mailed.  Receipt of final deposit will be in hand with other paperwork when you come to pick up your puppy or via email if your puppy will be delivered.  Please keep your receipt for your own records.  Deposits are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  If we receive your deposit after the acceptance of another deposit, your may choose to have it refunded, or applied to another puppy.   To avoid this situation let us know to "hold" a puppy for you pending the deposit and we will update the website as soon as possible.  Payment must be in full prior to release of the puppy

 2.  How do I get my puppy?     Pick up is requested for your puppy!  We can meet part ways up to a 50 mile radius.  Some puppies may get car sick.  Because of this you may want to bring an old towel to put on the car seat.  Our puppies are NOT sedated and should not be sedated for the car ride to there new home.  They shouldn't receive any medication for the first 3 weeks after receiving them.  You don't want to overdose your new puppy.  If you want to have your puppy delivered you need to have an address (City and State) for us to give you a quote.  We reserve the right to delay shipping.  You will be notified via email of the arrangements.  Please have a mobile phone with you so there is no missed connection.  We will be texting you as we cross into a new state.

3. How large will my puppy get?  If we are listing a dog as mini, please expect the puppy to grow up to one year.  This puppy will be 10 - 19 pounds.  If we list a puppy as a toy please expect the puppy to grow of one year.  This puppy will be to 4 to 9 pounds.  Always check the collar of your new puppy as the neck size may enlarge in the growing stages. The collar you bring when you get your puppy may fit when your puppy arrives, but may need to be changed for a larger one later as your puppy grows.

4.  What if I want a puppy that is not currently  available?  Because our puppies are on a first come first serve basis we suggest emailing us or calling us about our future litters.
