Warranty / 1 year Health agreement::
The seller warrants that this puppy is healthy as far as the seller can tell. Dietra’s Designer Dogs prides itself in having satisfied customers. We strive to produce the healthiest puppies possible, however the seller is not a licensed veterinarian, we can not know of all possible problems with a dog. The purchaser is advised to take the dog to a licensed veterinarian for a full health check within 72 hours (3 days). However if that is not possible, within one week. Failure to have the puppy checked implies that you accept the puppy “as is” and voids this contract. If any serious health problems are found, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. All puppies are preventative worm medicine prior to delivery. Puppies are given preliminary vaccinations ageist several diseases at 6 weeks old, at 9 weeks old and at 12 weeks old. We will notify the buyer of which shots have been administered with a health record for our vet.
Dietra's Designer Dogs is not responsible for any stress/environmentally induced disorders that are beyond our control once puppy leaves our home. Kennel cough, pneumonia, allergies, parasites ear mites, fleas, tape worms, and coccidiosis are not serious problems if treated and are not covered by this warranty. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a serious problem but is not covered because the problem is caused by too much activity and/or too little food. Hernia’s are not life threatening but is serious problem that is not covered because the most common cause is from the puppy not being trimmed around the anus creating a compacted anus resulting in this problem.
Genetic Warranty: should your new puppy have a life threatening genetic deformity that has been determined by a licensed vet, the buyer must furnish a written statement from the veterinarian who defines the disease or deformity. Dietra’s Designer Dogs will either refund the purchase price of the dog, or supply a replacement puppy of the same breed, sex, and age as soon as one becomes available. The original dog must be returned to the seller with a statement or an autopsy from your vet. Under no circumstances will Dietra’s Designer Dogs be responsible for any expenses incurred by the buyer other then the purchase price of the puppy.
This contract is void if your puppy is bred or has a litter of puppies. Puppy is being sold as companion pet only.
Puppy will be shipped in the United States only.
Please note: All shots and worming are current to date before puppy leaves our home. There are no vaccinations that may be administered within 14 days from last vaccination puppy has received unless notified in writing by us. Failure to adhere to this warning would void guarantee. You would not want to over dose a small puppy, especially a puppy making an environmental adjustment. This guarantee is non-transferable. This guarantee is VOID if puppy is bred or becomes pregnant. It is further agreed that the puppy is for the expressed purpose of a companion pet not a breeding pet. Until your puppy is at least 16 weeks old and has completed the puppy shot series, please try not to take him to public places where he can pick up a "bug" as his immune system is very immature.
